When In Napa...

Sunday, December 21, 2014

The morning started out as any typical Sunday morning would, "Where are we going for brunch?" After delving in on yelps search list for some new places to try, we ended up finding a yummy looking waffle spot.

Just so you aren't confused, this is not the waffle spot. Half a mile until our destination we saw First Street and on First Street lies Gott's Roadside. We have never gone wrong with this locally sourced establishment. Napa is such a tranquil and welcoming city filled with locals and tourists alike. It's such an awe-inspiring city you will not even fill guilty or gluttonous when you stuff your face.

My friend Chantal and I both ordered the amazingly delicious Western Bacon Blue Ring Burger and shared the garlic and chili cheese fries. "This is some chili your mama cooked in the kitchen." and all I had to say back to her was, "Where is the lie?!"

It is so disrespectful what we did to that food.

If you guys are ever in Napa, California I suggest that you try this burger spot. Everything tastes so fresh and you can walk around and enjoy the Public Market if you are feeling the least bit guilty.

Also, if you decide to go I hope you find Laila, the Yorkie Teacup with more pearls than your great auntie. Just keep in mind the biscuits MUST be NON-GMO, ONLY distilled water, and hummus... she loves hummus.

xo, Cae
